Our organization is a young accounting firm located on the South Shore of Montreal. We are currently looking for an accounting technician to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Carry out operational accounting tasks
- Participate in the preparation and the return of taxes
- Participate in the conciliation of auxiliaries (accounts receivable, accounts payable)
- Participate in the cash flow management
- Carry out journal entries
- Carry out banking reconciliation
- Participate in the preparation of financial statements
Requirements
- Diploma of collegial studies in accounting or a technical diploma in administration
- 2 to 5 years of experience in accounting – experience in a firm of professional services will be considered an asset.
- Bilingualism will be considered an asset
- Knowledge of Acomba, Sage and Quickbooks softwares will be considered an asset.
